At Heritage Tour India, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their bookings by notifying us in writing. Refunds are subject to the following terms:
- 30+ Days Before Departure:
90% of the total booking amount will be refunded (10% retained as administrative fees). - 15–29 Days Before Departure:
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. - 14 Days or Less Before Departure:
No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Heritage Tour India
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings), you will be entitled to:
- A full refund of the booking amount.
- The option to reschedule your booking to another available date or tour package.
3. Non-Refundable Components
Certain bookings involve non-refundable expenses, including but not limited to:
- Flight tickets.
- Accommodation reservations.
- Activities or excursions arranged through third-party vendors.
These non-refundable components will be explicitly communicated at the time of booking.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to diwakaryogesh36@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
5. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to appear for the trip or service without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
6. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 15 days prior to your trip. Modifications may be subject to additional fees and availability.
7. Force Majeure
Heritage Tour India is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies. In such cases, refunds may be limited to recoverable costs.
8. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and will take effect immediately.
